Montana Real Estate License Renewal
​We offer renewal packages to Montana Salespersons, Brokers and Property Managers.

All our 2021 courses will be offered live, virtually, via Zoom. 

Course Topics

These courses will include a variety of topics, including:

• Changes in the last year in the real estate market
• Effects of COVID on the real estate sales and rental market
• Real estate industry trends
• Vacation rental market update
• Legal and regulatory update
• ​Fair housing cases and updates

Pricing

License renewal package: $199*
Package includes 12 hrs. continuing education
*Beginning 10 days prior the price increases to $229.  
2 days prior the price increases to $259.  

Single course: $129*
Either the supervising broker or property management trust account course. 
*Beginning 10 days prior the price increases to $149.  
​2 days prior the price increases to $189.
