Montana Real Estate Property Management Exam Info

The State Property Management exam is a 70 question computer-based test administered at state-approved testing centers by a 3rd party testing company.  The test can can be scheduled at various cities around Montana and the US.  The allotted time is 2 hours.

It is required that you pass this exam prior to being issued a Montana property manager license.

 The state exam is administered by a 3rd-party testing company that provides computer-based testing services for real estate applicants (including property managers) under contract with the Board of Realty Regulation.  This exam is only offered at specific testing facilities across Montana.  The cost of this exam is $106.00.
